专利说明:

The invention relates to the field of hinges, and in particular the field of hinges of the Anuba type.
These hinges type Anuba are used in industry to ensure the mobility of a first mobile element, said flapping, relative to a second fixed element, said dormant, by pivoting between the first element and the second element.
These Anuba type hinges comprise a female element and a male element (also called "plugs") capable of cooperating together so that when the pivot of the male element is inserted into the housing or blind hole of the female element, it there is a possibility of reversible pivoting between them, thereby ensuring the opening and closing of the movable element relative to the fixed element.
Once the male elements equip the second fixed element which is generally made of a frame, and more precisely of one of the amounts of the frame, as the rod of the male element must remain oriented upwards, it s then that the orientation of the amount is now definitive, which no longer allows to destine said amount to any type of movable element (for example a door opening to the right or opening to the left) as it is exposed in detail further.
Thus, a hinge is formed which allows the dismounting of the first movable element by a simple lifting of the first movable element which is placed in its open position, and this without having to demonstrate the entire hinge.
The scope of the present invention particularly affects, but not limited to, all openings of homes, especially the inner and outer doors and windows.
Referring to Figures IA and IB, it is understood that the mounting of a door on the frame depends on the direction of pivoting of said door.
Thus, in FIG. 1A, the gate PG is left-opening and it is inserted between two frame posts, among which the right-hand pillar MC is the one carrying the male part of the hinge 10 (considering that you are looking at the face of the frame bearing the hinge 10).
In FIG. 1B, the PD door is to the right opening and it fits between two amounts of dormant, among which the left amount MC is the one that carries the male part of the hinge 10 (considering that one looks the face of the frame bearing the hinge 10).
More specifically, depending on whether the door is opening to the right (PD door) or left opening (PG door), the mounting of the male element 11 of the hinges 10 (here two in number), with the pivot lia placed in the upper part of the male element 11, and on the corresponding amount MC, must be vertical, with the pivot 11a directed upwards.
This functional constraint causes the need to choose from the outset, at the time of mounting the male element 11 on the amount MC, which of the two possibilities of vertical orientation possible amount MC is to be considered as it will be used in a frame for a right-opening or left-opening door, this choice conditioning the position and mounting orientation of the male element 11 in question.
Furthermore, the mounting of the female element 12 is performed on the edge of the door PD or PG opposite the door side bearing the lock, the opening of the housing 12a being placed so as to open at the lower end of the door. the female element 12. For this purpose, the female element 12 of the hinge 10 comprises a cylindrical body 12b in which is delimited a single blind hole delimiting the housing 12a which opens at one of the two ends of the cylindrical body 12b, and a threaded rod 12c mounted at right angles to the cylindrical body 12b and screwed into the edge of the PG or PD door.
These arrangements are visible in Figures 2A and 2B.
Thus, if we consider Figure 2A on the installation of a left-opening door PG, the male elements 11 being arranged on the face MC3 of the amount MC which is adjacent to the rabbet MC4, while the first end MCI is the upper end of the amount MC and the second end MC2 is the lower end of the amount MC, the male elements 11 have the pivot lia which is upward in all cases.
This is also verifiable in FIG. 2B with a PD gate whose MC amount is composed of a face MC3, a rebate MC4, a lower end MCI constituted by the first end and an upper end consisting of the second end MC2.
Despite the fact that the amounts MC without their male elements 11 are in both cases identical, but simply reversed between the top and bottom by their ends MCI and MC2, it is understood that after mounting the male elements 11, the amount MC does not are then more interchangeable but dedicated either for mounting a left-opening door PG or for mounting a right-opening door PD for the reasons explained below. In practice, this functional requirement conditions know-how on the direction of the opening of the door which will be associated with the amount MC equipped with the male elements 11.
Referring to Fig. 3A, corresponding to a projection view from the direction IIIA of Fig. 2A, a male member 11 is mounted on a post MC. For this purpose, it should be noted that the male element 11 comprises a cylindrical body 11b on which is mounted, at right angles, a threaded rod 11c (or plug) which plugs by screwing into the face MC3 forming the edge of the upright MC. Furthermore, in the extension of the cylindrical body 11b, is machined in one piece the pivot 11a made of a cylinder of smaller diameter, the free end is chamfered.
The mounting of the male element 11 on the upright MC is carried out in order to comply with the mounting dimensions of the door in the rabbet MC4 associated therewith, namely a set "J", which is measured between the face MC3 and the axis (Z, T) of the pivot 11a and the cylindrical body 11b of the male element 11, and a height "M", which is measured between the upper end of the amount MC (in this case the first end MCI) and the horizontal bearing surface 11d formed between the pivot 11a and the cylindrical body 11b of the male element 11.
After assembly of the male element 11 on an MC amount initially dedicated to a right-opening door PD, if it is desired to use it for a left-opening door PG (FIG. 3A representing the case of mounting for a door opening to the right PD then 3B, 3C representing the additional steps to achieve to adapt this assembly for a door to left opening), it would successively return the amount MC from bottom to top (Figure 3B), then operate a rotation of a half turn by screwing or unscrewing the threaded rod 11c (arrow A) to direct the pivot 11a of the male element 11 upwards: the result is visible in Figure 3C. In this figure, it can be seen that the game has been modified because of the U-turn and takes a value J 'greater than J. Moreover, the height M' measured between the second end MC2 which has become the upper end of the upright MC, and the horizontal bearing surface 11d is greater than M: this is due to the fact that the threaded rod 11c is mounted along the cylindrical body 11b at a height which is closer to the horizontal bearing surface 11d than to the free end lies of this cylindrical body 11b.
This situation of the state of the art entails the disadvantage, in particular in terms of inventory management, of having to have both amounts MC for right-opening doors PD and amounts MC for left-opening doors PG, these amounts being differentiated so that the operator needs specific knowledge and attention to use them without error.
The present invention aims to provide a male element for an Anuba type hinge to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and in particular offering the possibility of using the same amount for a left-opening door or door to opening on the right.
The present invention also aims to provide a male element having one or more (2, 3, 4, or more) rods also called "pins" for mounting the male element on the upright. For this purpose, according to the present invention, the male element, which comprises a cylindrical body and at least one fixing rod forming a right angle with the cylindrical body to which it is connected, is characterized in that the (said) rod ( s) is (are) arranged symmetrically with respect to the median plane of the cylindrical body, in that said cylindrical body delimits two housings having an identical diameter and whose openings open respectively to each of the end faces of the cylindrical body , and in that it further comprises a material axis having a first end which is adapted to fit in one or the other of the two housings and a second end forming a pivot extending said cylindrical body.
Thus, if the cylindrical body has only one fixing rod, it is disposed at mid-height of the cylindrical body, around the median plane which divides in two the cylindrical body and the fixing rod. If the cylindrical body comprises two fixing rods, these are arranged along the cylindrical body on either side of the median plane which serves as a plane of symmetry between the two fastening rods (or, more generally, between all the fixing rods of the male element which are parallel to each other). This arrangement allows a total reversibility of the cylindrical body after mounting on the frame.
In this way, it is understood that by the presence of the two housings in the cylindrical body, it is possible indifferently after attachment of the cylindrical body on the upright, permanently mount said material axis on one or other of the ends of the cylindrical body and this to form a pivot always upward.
Indeed, after mounting the first end of the material axis in the housing, through a suitable choice between the dimensions of the latter, it follows a perfect fit and an abutment between them.
Furthermore, the central positioning of the fixing rod (in particular a threaded rod) along the cylindrical body of the male element allows, despite the inversion between the top and the bottom of the upright once the cylindrical body has been fixed. on the one hand to maintain constant the height of coast "M", and on the other hand does not modify the game "J" because no reversal is to operate on the male element.
Overall, thanks to the solution according to the present invention, the dormant ones become undifferentiated for the assembly of the right-opening doors and the left-opening doors until the installation of the material axis in one of the housing of end of the cylindrical body.
This solution also has the additional advantage of allowing, in addition, to limit the volume of stocks of dormant alone and factory-mounted doors on dormant (sets called Door Blocks) both at the manufacturer and at the customers and to keep the pre-existing female plugs on the doors.
The present invention also relates to the hinge type Anuba incorporating such a male element. For this purpose, a hinge according to the invention comprises: - a male element as defined above, and - a female element comprising a cylindrical body delimiting a single housing (blind hole) whose opening opens at one end of the cylindrical body, and at least one fixing rod forming a right angle with the cylindrical body to which it is connected, the first end of the material axis of the male element being adapted to be housed in the housing of the female element while allowing a rotation between them, whereby the male element is pivotable relative to the female element.
Thus, it is understood that the proposed hinge comprises a standard female element of the prior art described previously unmodified, which cooperates with the male element of the present invention.
The present invention also relates to a frame comprising two uprights and a cross member, characterized in that one of the uprights is equipped with at least two male elements as previously defined, said male elements being positioned along the upright at locations arranged symmetrically with respect to the median plane of the upright. Other advantages and characteristics of the invention will emerge on reading the following description given by way of example and with reference to the appended drawings in which: FIGS. 1A and 1B, already described, are diagrams illustrating the meaning of FIG. opening of a door - FIGS. 2A and 2B, already described, are diagrams illustrating the principle of the differentiation of the amounts carrying the hinge according to the direction of opening of a door, by using male elements of the art previous; FIGS. 3A, 3B and 3C, already described, illustrate the modifications of the operating ribs if one seeks to adapt the male elements of the prior art for undifferentiated use; FIG. 4 represents the detail of the structure of the male element according to the invention; FIGS. 5A and 5B are views similar to FIGS. 2A and 2B for male elements and hinges according to the invention; and FIGS. 6A and 6B are projection views respectively from the direction VIA of FIG. 5A and from the direction VIB of FIG. 5B.
Referring now to Figures 4 and 5A, 5B which respectively illustrate the detail of the structure of the male element 21 according to the invention and the principle of mounting a door with a hinge 20 having such a male element 21.
It should be noted that the male element 21 according to the invention is adaptable to the female element 12 of the prior art. In this regard, it should be noted that for this female element 12, the fixing rod is a threaded rod 12c which is centered or not along the cylindrical body 12b. Generally, the threaded rod 12c is fixed near the end of the cylindrical body 12b which has the blind hole 12a (case shown in Figure 2A).
According to an essential characteristic of the invention (see FIG. 4), the male element 21 comprises a cylindrical body 21b on which is fixed the threaded rod 21c serving to mount the male element on the upright MC, and a material axis 21a separated.
To allow the final assembly of this material axis 21a, the cylindrical body 21b has two housings 21f and 21g of identical diameters, which open respectively to each end Fl and F2 of the cylindrical body 21b.
According to a first possibility corresponding to the embodiment illustrated in the figures, the two housings 21f, 21g are blind holes.
According to a second possibility not shown, the two housings (21f, 21g) consist of two end portions of a through hole.
Furthermore, the material tax 21a is a cylinder whose length is greater than the depth of the housings 21f and 21g, with a second end which protrudes out of the cylindrical body 21b and which forms the pivot rotatable in the housing 12a of the female element 12.
The first end of the material shaft 21a is designed to perfectly fit the diameter of the housings 21f and 21g and to abut in the housings 21f and 21g, and this to ensure a constant length of the pivot and also to prevent any manual extraction without a major effort.
For example, it is expected that said first end of the material axis 21a has at least one extra thickness by which said first end portion is slightly wider than the diameter of the housing 21f and 21g.
In practice, this extra thickness of material which projects slightly from the cylindrical surface of the material axis 21a can be obtained in various forms. In FIGS. 6A and 6B, there is an excess thickness formed of teeth 21j obtained by knurling a section of the material axis 21a. It is also possible to use a ring mounted integrally around the material axis 21a.
According to another essential feature of the invention, the threaded rod 21c for mounting the male element 21 on the upright MC is disposed in the middle of the height of the cylindrical body 21b when it is arranged vertically.
This arrangement makes it possible to ensure the functional reversibility of the cylindrical body 21b after mounting it on a post MC without having to perform a 180 ° inversion between the top and the bottom of the cylindrical body 21b in order to ensure the permanence of the odds of shoeing.
This arrangement also allows it to obtain an additional adjustment by half-turn for a fine adjustment on building sites, against a complete turn at least with the prior art.
It is understood that the mounting of each male element 21 is performed by first fixing the cylindrical body 21b by screwing the threaded rod 21c in the face MC3 of the amount MC. In this regard, in order to benefit from the reversibility of the uprights MC after mounting the cylindrical bodies 21b, the location of the different male elements 21 (two, three, four or more) is chosen along the upright MC of the locations arranged symmetrically by the median plane (MCP) of the amount (MC) that divides the height of the amount in two (see Figures 6A and 6B).
Furthermore, it should be noted that the invention is not limited to a male element 21 having a single fixing rod, in particular a threaded rod 21c. The invention can also be directed to a male element with two fixing rods, also called double-spindle plug, which offers a better resistance to tearing by the fact that the weight of the door is distributed between the two rods. In this case, each fixing rod may or may not be threaded.
Then, the frame comprising this amount MC is mounted, placing the amount MC on the appropriate side of the opening, in the direction of the door opening PG or PD (first end MCI of the amount MC at the top of the figure 5A for mounting a left-opening PG door or MC2 second end MC amount at the top in Figure 5B for mounting a right-opening PD door).
Then the assembly of the male element 21 is continued by pressing the material axis 21a into the upper housing of the cylindrical body 21b (housing 21f in Figure 5A and housing 21g in Figure 5B).
Thus (see FIGS. 6A and 6B), the operating ribs, namely the clearance J and the height M are maintained unchanged, despite the inversion between the top and the bottom of the amount MC.
In addition, the male element 21 further comprises a plug 21h adapted to close the opening of one or other of the two housing 21f, 21g.
Preferably, the plug 21h comprises a cylindrical mounting section which is designed to fit perfectly to the diameter of the housing 21f and 21g which does not contain the material axis 21a to prevent it from falling or being manually extracted without a important effort.
For example, said mounting portion of the plug 21h has at least one extra thickness which makes it wider than the diameter of the housings 21g and 21h of the cylindrical body 21b of the male element 21. In practice, this extra thickness of material that protrudes slightly of the cylindrical surface of the material axis 21a can be obtained in various forms among which (see Figure 4) of the teeth obtained by knurling the cylindrical mounting section of the plug 21h.
In this way, one can close the one of the two housings 21g and 21h which has not received the material axis 21a (housing 21g in Figure 5A and 21f housing in Figure 5B) by forcing force the cylindrical mounting section of cap 21h.
Moreover, one of the ends of the cylindrical mounting section of the plug 21h is surmounted by a circular plate whose diameter is substantially equal to that of the outer diameter of the cylindrical body 21b of the male element 21, in order to concealing the housing opposite that of the material axis 21a, in an aesthetic manner, while forming a continuity with the cylindrical wall of the cylindrical body 21b.
For a simplified design, the material axis 21a has a constant diameter over its entire length, of the same size as the diameter of the housing 12a of the female element 12 of the prior art and that of the two housings 21g, 21f of the male element 21 according to the invention.
Moreover, in order to simplify the adjustments of the manufacturing tools and to form a hinge 20 that is as homogeneous as possible, provision is made for the cylindrical body 12b of the female element 12 to have a diameter equal to the diameter of the cylindrical body 21b of the element. male 21.
It is also expected that the hinge 20 according to the invention further comprises a wear washer 21i whose inner diameter is smaller than the outer diameter of the cylindrical body 21b of the male element 21 and the outer diameter of the cylindrical body 12b of the female element 12.
Furthermore, it should be noted that the invention is not limited to a hinge whose female element has only one fastening rod, such as the threaded rod 12c. The invention can also be directed to a hinge 20 whose female element comprises two fixing rods, also called double-pin plug, or more than two fixing rods. In this case each fixing rod may or may not be threaded.
